It's a dream but seunghyun was very kind to him (used to check for his sickness and overall very touchy, they also used to have casual chats and laugh around each other), and for someone like yuta someone being kind to him was rare so he did get sort of a wrong idea

The last part feels real.
But what it's true is that Seung-hyun hit on him first, he made a lot of 'innocent' moves on Yuta, and acted oblivious/forgetful later.
