I love how you can kinda consider the eyes as symbolism. His eyes usually being very slitted/snake-like makes him cold, or controlled even. Even previously when he hangs out with our FL he’s relaxed and his eyes are slitted. But Jay fucked up, and Taeha’s sixth sense ain’t helping that either, and they become round because he’s feeling “REAL HUMAN”. Like fear or anger, or straight up both that we can tell just from the change in his gaze.
