Not sure about being cop but him and that woman obviously have lots to do with that club and community, they said never again,
So they may just want to stop a disaster from happening/ people getting hooked on it
If I understood correctly, someone used Jaeyoung as a test of that drug or just drugged him for no reason, and thats why the group disbanded...?
