Based on the spoiler I saw in the comments and the chapter…I guess he really is pregnant and he got pregnant when bro mentioned “where are the condoms” in his head and then he was like whatever…and then the pheromones thing happened, nose bleeding and then he came/knotted right outside of taewook and im guessing that’s how he got pregnant cuz i assume taewook was also kinda in heat….both of them were feeling hot and the pheromones…so that. And then the way people were smelling something different…im guessing they marked each other or something???? Something about their pheromones were different in that scene when they had sex.
