well, I'm not completely sure if you're joking or not, but I will answer this seriously just in case.
A lot of the manga/manhua/manhwa here are adapted from original novels, usually web novels. They are just words. (Some will have illustrations, but that's mostly for popular works and typically tend to be for Japanese webnovels.)
Think published works, but it's typically all web-based. So a lot of the time, the novels are still incomplete and ongoing. The author is writing and posting maybe a chapter or so a week, and the translator is translating at the same rate (or slower, or barely...). There's a lot of completed (and fully translated) works out there though.

Once you have an account, I recommend using the "series finder" feature. You can check "Yaoi" as a genre and then add one of these tags "adapted to manga" "adapted to manwha" "adapted to manhua"
