the intervention by friends that i've been reading recently were frustrating as hell but this intervention was actually so good? & it's not the best clear communication-wise, so the characters' maturity & understanding of each other reaaally shined through. ntm the confusion of the king was well-placed, not malicious whatsoever, & though i disliked how he pried into the issue on his own accord & crossed v personal boundaries, it wasn't portrayed in such a horrible light as if he was a stalker or whatever. everything was conveniently a coincidence, & i honestly appreciated that sm more
