I think he was jumpy because he didnt want MC seeing the marks the creep left, not because of trauma of not wanting to be touched
He was jumpy when the other guy tapped his shoulder too at work, and they definitely weren't about to take clothes off or anything.

I really don't get what hes being blackmailed with cause I went he went back and he said I'll make you the best salesman so not blackmail buts a choice but he clearly hates it (so do I this ruined the manga for me) so why is it still happening 6 years on
So basically the boss or investor is blackmailing him implying that he's going to ruin his career and the other employee's too if he doesn't sleep with him, so he's being SA'd by his boss on a regular basses, and he's traumatized to the point he gets jumpy just from anyone touching him.
