man this manhwa makes me so damn angry and i can't help but love it smh
like these two idiots are clearly so alike and they find a weird comfort in each other, but they would both rather die than admit it, ughhhhh they make me so damn frustrated (╯￣へ￣)╯╧╧
especially in how eunyung very clearly admires haejoon and takes his words to heart. over and over again, it's the words of haejoon that end up motivating eunyung to change. like they're just so stupid and misunderstand each other ALL the time (╯TДT))╯╧╧ ╧╧ ╧╧ ╧╧
and it still hurts my feelings even after a whole year because i love these two idiots so much. bc what do you mean these two lonely teenagers who can't understand why they have so much rage inside of them, sees themselves in another teenager and they spill their guts to each other. the good, the bad, and the really ugly. all they do is argue and fight each other, they know how to really hurt each other right where it hurts the most, and yet for some reason. for some grand, boring, reason. they find comfort in each other. they keep driving each other away, yet they come back all the same.
because at the end of the day, they know that the other will truly understand them. more than anyone else they know can.
it's heartbreaking, it's frustrating, and they're just so stupid. and yet, through all of this madness, you can tell that they genuinely care about each other. no matter how many times they fight. there wasn't a single part where they didn't care about the other.
maybe they didn't intend this, but this is their unconditional love. they hurt each other and get hurt in return for hurting each other and themselves. and yet even in the end, this series ends with them. with their goodbye to each other. and said in the same way that haejoon used to say to his mom. something he had only told eunyung about, even when they have friends who are nicer. because no matter what haejoon thought in his mind, it was really only eunyung that he could entrust everything to.
