Lke, you come working on your days off (irl you do overtime and don' t take your vacation days) just to prove you're a more zealous worker than the others and now boom. everyone's expected to do that, working hours are crazy, overtime is crazy and no one can take their vacations when they want to.
Capitalism won real bad over there, i wish irl Japan good protests to change that, no one deserves to live like a modern day slave.
