Oh, thank you for the summary of the sequel. This is so dark and twisted and Kyo went through SO DAMNED MUCH so I think it's good that he doesn't remember. I'm happy for this ending! Thank you!

Kyousuke has no recollection of his past. Itou-san becomes a regular customer of Kyo's and asks him out on a date one day. He agrees and after their date Itou asks if there's anywhere Kyo wants to go to. Kyo says he wants to see the sea (he has faint memories of his promise with Itou ;_;) and Itou brings him out to an island that he fuckin rented for the day lmao. Kyo suspects that Itou knows his past. At one point Itou confesses that he likes Kyo and embarassed Kyo kinda brushes it off aww. At the beach house Kyo asks if the one Itou loves is the past him. Itou says yes and Kyo starts to cry saying he's not the Kyo that Itou knows and loves anymore. Itou says even if Kyo lost his memories he's still his beloved Kyo. Itou asks Kyo to kiss him. Kyo kisses him and unconsciously tears up. They kiss some more and Itou asks if he can embrace Kyo. Kyo finally remembers Itou's face and says yes. In the end Kyo still doesn't remember his past. They sit by the beach, watching the sunrise in each others arms and the manga ends :')
