He copied the exact picture he was looking at; the changed a few things, not because he was inspired, but because he didn't want to get caught. Even that would have been kind of okay, had he cited the art. He did not cite the art, and more than 30% of his work was not his, therefore, yes it was plagiarism.
Its not even plagarism.... google the meaning .... then are peiple saying thay everything in this world is pragalism ? Cause its hard to see somthing original nowadays... most are just referencing or getting inspiration from others and being creative! Thats not plagarism
