Sorry, I'm not sure where I can find drama CDs too =( I happen to find the news of the drama cd release on twitter when I wrote it.
I found out about this manga because a drama CD is announced and Maeno Tomoaki is voicing Kishimoto (The guy who has his underwear taken away) o/ finally a uke work after voicing so many seme >///<
