I agree. I don't understand that. That's assault, battery, and use of a weapon in commission of a crime.
Guy should 1. be dropped out of the program and 2. have to pay big compensation to the victim or be arrested (victim's choice).
That's not a pissy fight between guys. That was a crime.
I am so fucking pissed with this stories where a criminal that pulled a weapon against someone just walks out free because 'the problem has been solved without the intervention of adults'. He was going to cut another human being with a fucking stiletto, for Christ's sake!! When will this culture that says that violence between teenagers is normal or acceptable end?
