That is the saddest thing.
Hina never would have realized his feelings and come graduation they would have gone their separate ways because Nanase has a breaking point and needs space to get over his broken heart over this continuous unrequited love.
I think it is kind of fun how Eno is self destructing. If he had never interfered and tried to separate Hina and Nanase, Hina would never have started to notice anything.
