yona is being so useless !!! where is the scary and shining princess with her piercing eye...

i know what you mean i was so happy to see how she finally became brave but then she just stands there while they try to take the dragons :( i know she is human but still would it hurt the story if she could at least do SOMETHIng for the dragons i mean even the fact that the dragons get weak if they are to far from the kingdom ??? would make more sense if they are to far from Yona the reincarnation :( like if she touches them they could heal really fast but no nothing

hell yeaaah ! it's like she's waiting for soowon to come and help her !! exactly like the last time when he saved Lily while yona was just watching like a weak girl !! at that time i got so disappointed and stopped eading the updates for more than 5 months ... it seems the same thing will happen this time (#－.－)

She's just trying to avoid a useless and murderous War when it can be helped. Even if that means enduring, for herself and her companions sadly... Attacking mindless soldiers or villagers who are just being manipulated would only lead to that, because they are associated with Sowon and Kouka

She was being so cool negotiating with Soowon and totally impressing Xing Kingdom's people in these last few chapters, and when that four-bodied dragon or whatever happened, I thought she'd finally got some powers for herself, but I guess not. #－.－)

Yona's not being useless, she simply can't act because if she does, it'll result in war and that's the point, THEY DON'T WANT TO START A WAR. They totally could've fought back at some point, but she knew they couldn't afford to start a fight because for the Xing people, she's with Kouka (and therefore, represents the country which means if she fights, there is war) and the dragons reflects that by not retaliating. Even Hak who wants to kill everyone can't do shit, because if he does, all of their effort to keep peace will be for naught. Yona knows it all so well and I'm pretty sure she has the same thoughts or almost as Hak at that point ("I want to kill them all" okay maybe not as radical, but she's worried). Also, while yes, I loved to see her being a "war goddess" and all that jazz, being badass doesn't only limit itself to throwing mean punches: It also means strength in making the right decisions that are still within your own values and that will protect your loved ones in the long run. Btw, as Zeno said once, despite being the almighty Red Dragon, King Hiryuu was only human in the end and his powers was within the ranges of forgiveness and kindness so it's a bit stretched to think that Yona will have great powers like the four Dragons. She's only human too, but she has a wonderful soul. (Not saying she won't get any dragon power, but just that you shouldn't think she should be some kind of invincible god when even King Hiryuu wasn't)

Alright. Everyone who is saying Yona is useless listen up! Have you ever heard of "foreign affairs"? because that's what this is. Say you enter a hostile country as a negotiator for peace. The people are against you, even if the main leaders are not. This country is on the brink of what is called a "Coup D'Etat", meaning the people are trying to overthrow the leadership. It is rarely peaceful, and most often results in the death or execution of the current government. An example is the french revolution, or what Soo Won did to take control of Kouka. Now, Gobi is attempting a Coup to overthrow Kouren and place Tao as a puppet so that he can rule instead. What would happen if Yona just killed Gobi, who the people hold in high regards? They would take it as an act of war. Which is EXACTLY WHAT SHE IS TRYING TO AVOID!!!! Yona's hands are politically tied. The only way for this to be resolved is if it is taken care of internally. A citizen of Xing is the only one who can kill Gobi, and avoid war. All Yona is able to do without starting a war is defend herself, and her friends. And that's what she's doing. Despite what we've come to expect from her, she's not all-powerful. This only makes her a more realistic character. She DOESN'T have superpowers. She CAN'T solve the world's problems with a snap of her fingers. And despite her frustration with the situation, and no doubt thinking she's useless like all of you are accusing, she STILL has the presence of mind to stick to her beliefs, and AVOID WAR!!! This makes her an even stronger character. So before you start questioning HER, ask yourself this!

HOW WOULD YOU OBVIOUSLY ALL-POWERFUL AND WISE NEGOTIATORS TAKE ACTION IN HER SITUATION WITHOUT SPARKING A WAR?
