He still chose to live over dying thanks to her. Still better than dying for me. And yes it's obvious he doesn't love her, but really now, who cares. She's still a better crazy bitch over that dead crazy bitch.
Tbh I don't think Ha-Jin loves Ha-Rin, from what I can see they're only together for survival reasons. Ha-Rin even states that she's never once thought of his feelings in the matter, so she's fully aware that Ha-Jin's love and heart died with his wife. He was ready to kill himself because he realized just how much he loves her and he really doesn't want to go online without her, his facial expressions and his eyes says it all. He's not happy, he's just dragging himself along.
