    By the way i Boogled it at Table setting - Wikipedia and the set of 3 forks and 3 knifes is for "Fish course" or so it was written.

    Yup, fancier restaurants have different sets for each course.

    I'm always a bit incredulous that people actually bother to memorize and use different silverware for each course. The basic setting for a formal dinner.

    I'm not saying I can afford that type of restaurant either. The only restaurant I've ever been to that has several sets of tableware is Olive Garden, and it's not that expensive.

    SAME. That formal dinner setting seems like a waste of space and makes washing dishes way longer. I already have barely enough space on my table lol. A fork, spoon, and knife is enough for me, at most.
