Well they are mates, at least according to the end of ch2.
The alpha twin really cares about the black haired uke. The omega twin didn’t really like the black haired uke. I believe the omega twin didn’t like him because he realized that the alpha twin was showing interest in the black haired uke. You can see him getting jealous slowly
* or he was jealous of his brother. I can’t read Japanese either I just think it could be that from seeing the raws

im a bit sad, because it seemed like one twin really liked black haired uke ( probably omega twin), another didnt seem so. So its polygamy, but I felt like black haired uke was third wheel. Of course I can be mistaken, since I dont know japanese. Just alpha twin seemed mostly concerned about his omega twin.
