Letting him slowly be consumed by jealousy and regret might be a good punishment.
If Junasshole just teased haebom a bit and always tried to get his attention I'd be ok with finding out he actually crushes on haebom. BUT he pretty much ignores haebom unless he wants something from him like money, food, textbooks. plus he actively steals from haebom and has put his hands on haebom, like actually injured him! He doesn't care about haebom, he only wants someone to feel superior to. Interacting with haebom is a power trip for him, nothing more and that's why I hate him
