There's an anime too that has 145 episodes - you gotta go to the manga after to know what happens past this point.
when i first found this i only read the summary up to football and i was like "woah, a manga about football! what a first!" then i saw a socer ball then i facepalmed myself saying "welp i accidentally stumbled onto a book i wont let go.."
