You can set up a paypal account with your debit card. And also, conversions are applied, paying in US dollars would make not much difference in paying in korean won. It is automatically charged in your paypal account, it will be deducted accordingly to what currency you are using.

There is a big difference in my currency... dollars are very much expensive....

the currency used in lezhin is US Dollars, when you pay, it is automatically converted to Philippine Peso (~505.96), which will be charged to your debit card. I don't see your logic in saying that dollars are expensive from your country, as I was saying conversions are applied, the amount is equal when you convert it to korean won, to peso, to yen, etc. You can see the modes of payment when you start to purchase in Lezhin. There is a debit card option there, you will input some infos about your debit card. Is it really hard to understand? For you to have debit card, you should have the actual card, you can use that to purchase online, but it is not an "ONLINE" debit card. Setting up a paypal account is an option, but for me who avidly purchase things online, I made one because most websites have a paypal payment option.

I think they mean the pricing is more expensive in the English site. The Korean site is much cheaper.
In the US site 10 USD purchases 36 coins
In the Korean site 5,900 won, which is equivalent to 5.41 USD according to Google, purchases 32 coins

Yeah, I kinda get it like that. But I don't think that they're gonna purchase it from the korean site since they need the manhwa translated to english. It's logical that it is more expensive since it is already translated. Anyway, thanks fam.

Also I think they mean a virtual debit card. I'm unfamiliar with how they work exactly but they're intangible, often rechargeable "cards". There might be a card/account number but there is not a physical card. It is entirely online. Depending on the company it might not work the same as your typical debit card.

'Online' debit card is different from 'Virtual' debit card. It can be misleading. I know of it since I have one virtual visa card and some bitcoins. Thank you for clearing that up dear! :)

The Korean coins work the same as the US coins and can be used in any of the 3 sites. So you can buy Korean coins to use on the English translated manhwa. That's the only way I purchase because otherwise it'd be too expensive. Here's a guide that might help.
