How about you first read from where season 3 ends, and when you’re finished go back to the beginning and reread? I think the anime’s pretty much the same as manga except that you can find bits and pieces of little comments and stories not mentioned in anime, so it’s worth reading.
If you want to read from where the 3rd season ends, then start with chapter 190 (づ￣ ³￣)づ
