I love how everyone noticed that they were dressed but here's my theory:
Lucaon actually prefers being dressed (backed by the fact we have never seen his bare ass before) so he dried kyon off and gave him a shirt to keep warm/covered while he put his clothes on. Notice how kyon only had a shirt on and it wasn't even closed. It wouldn't have been nice to just leave him standing all naked so he gave him a shirt. Idk it makes the most sense to me as for why lucaon prefers being dressed... it would be cuz he feels more in control that way. We all know how much he hates to be vulnerable. Even when they were finished it looked like he only ever unbuttoned his shirt (prob cuz it got too hot) and didn't even take his pants off the whole time.
