If you look on one of the panels, you can see something poured into the drink, the the black haired guy kiss him, pouring it into his mouth.
You do know that he was drugged, right? He couldn't control his body.
I didn't expect the story would turn out this way. I feel bad for the seme. I guess it's time to find a new and proper uke. :p The uke giving in to pleasure during 'that' with the guys was a huge turn off.
