I don't really care if that was the way it was, Hikaru was still telling Kuro, who clearly hadn't come there for that purpose, to do something that Kuro did not want to agree to. How cute!!! (IRONY) If Hikaru had said for a single night, ok I'd go along with it, but you're saying its fine cause Shiro set it all up. So either Shiro is a jerk, setting up his friend like that, and Hikaru is either oblivious or a jerk as well for being willing to take advantage of someone who didn't know why he really was sent to their door.

lol Manga and anime seem to do this a lot, someone is a god or a person has powers and nobody cares and says anything XD
They don't have the emotion to be surprised about that it seems. There is this anime where the main character has a talking motorcycle and nobody is shocked and says nothing so manga and anime do that for some reason I have no idea (￣∇￣")
tsk calling hikaru's jerk! the kid is pretty lonely & hikaru's said just for a while you know. both of them doesnt know its set-up, kuro also didn't explain that it was all set-up so i dont get why did you said he was taking advantage of kuro when all hikaru's thought is he was there to become of his family.
I didn't see it that way because Kuro explicitly says that he is here to grant Hikaru's wish. They just don't get that they each speak of a different wish. So the misunderstanding is ... well... understandable.
Being lonely does not justify being insensitive towards others. Nor showing them common courtesy and consideration. And whether or not either of them realize what is going on, or thought what was going on, Kuro did specifically say he had come to deliver the food Hikaru had wished for. That is why I said Hikaru might be oblivious. Not hearing that qualifier. Or choosing to ignore the import of it. And Kuro's subsequent reactions. That he also said he wanted the a god's dog for his pet, and told instead of asked a god that he was now for the foreseeable future his replacement family, just seems downright rude and presumptuous to me even if that was his wish. Hikaru didn't even ask Kuro first anything about how, for how long or in what manner this family wish might be granted. It would be something akin to being invited over to someone's house for the first time for a meal, and instead of politely taking your cue from them when you get there walking into the kitchen and making it yourself- they invited you for a meal didn't they? What various replies have said, that it was alright for Hikaru to behave this way, because he wished for it. That's saying if you think a god shows up at your door in response to your wish its ok to ignore how the god might feel and make demands of them. I get that they of course will end up all nice and happy together, but at the moment I just have an issue with that kind behavior. And neither loneliness nor wishes can justify it. Nor do I like that it was made to seem cute.
I have sort of mixed feelings about the new couple. Up until Kuro came as himself I thought they were great, then I kind of changed my mind. Hikaru was all respectful and prayed at the temple but when an actual god shows up at his door this is how he acts? I mean even to another person it was kind of presumptuous to tell them that from now on they're going to be his stand in family, when that person only came to deliver some food as requested. Imagine if that happened to you.
