Im unsure. It might be because they don't want the chapters for manhua's to be found by lezhin so they leave it unlisted but you can still find the exact link if you typr it m in the search bar.

For anyone who doesn't know how to read chapters 46-49: All you have to do is click on chapter 45, then go to the link and change the 45 to 46,47, etc.
