Help - Yaoi title!!

I don't remember the title of this yaoi but the uke allows his co-worker to take credit for his work (something about work proposals/design) because the uke liked the co-worker. Co-worker ends up getting engaged to the company's owner daughter. The uke ends up meeting another guy at work who convinces the uke to leave the company and work for him. Towards the end, the seme gets jealous when he sees the uke meeting up with ex-coworker cause the ex-coworker is useless and needs the uke's help with work.
