His ex parked his car in front of his...he couldn't leave. And he took his phone so he couldn't call a taxi or anything like that. So, if Minsuk were to leave, his ex would follow him. If he were to follow him, it could put Bexan at risk because he might turn into a wolf in front of him. That's why Minsuk took his ex's keys and lure him out the apartment so he can sneak out but Yongjae figured it out and tried to force himself on him to make him stay. I guess he felt it was a good time to slap him and get away because he was distracted and the police was there.

You didn't see the car parked in front of Minsuk's vehicle? That is weird indeed. How much easier it is to leave with a vehicle parked in front of your car than it is from your own home right? Yeah didn't think so.

they were already inside minsuk's house when his ex took his phone though? why'd he allow him inside in the first place when he could've run away (they're already outside? it's not like he's crippled??) who cares if his car blocked minsuk's car? if he couldn't call a cab or whatever, couldn't he use public transportation? a bus? bexan was still in diesel's house that time, you really think they'd allow the ex boyfriend to enter and see him transform? i just think this is all such unnecessary drama.

He really didn't realize the extent of the ex's insanity until inside his place. Minsuk probably assumed they could quickly talk it out and be done with it. Wrong. I mean, just trying to act civil and get coffee led the ex to try and rape him. Ex WOULD have raped him. He got a clear shot for the slap only with witnesses there so ex couldn't attack more, and ex being distracted.
The problem also goes back to earlier chapter with Bexan nararating his love for Minsuk and Minsuk has trouble saying 'no'. Minsuk gave into the ex's desire to get inside. It's a personality thing Minsuk will eventually work on with Bexan's help. Hopefully.
As the reader it is easy to say he shouldn't have, could have just did this and that---but being In that situation does not allow for such simplistic thinking with crazy fucker.
So, basically, bad choices. Minsuk would have lost Bexan :(

i agree, it's all bad decisions.. i just find it odd how he was all hurrying to go to bexan but the minute his ex shows up and 'blocks' his path, his next course of action was to invite him (or go with him) inside his house. i mean, if he wanted to resolve it quickly, why not talk it out with him in the parking lot? wasn't he supposed to be hurrying? it's just all remains as unnecessary drama to me.
i just don't understand why minsuk didn't leave earlier? it wasn't like the ex tied him or something? i mean, he slapped him in the end didn't he? why couldn't he have done that instead of literally waiting? better yet, why invite his ex inside his home in the first place?
