If there's any problem I have with the story, I have to agree, it's the art sadly
I actually felt the same at first haha. But the art truly got better later on making it much less bearable to read ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶ It's a REALLY good story. Has some hot sex scene XD Got addicted to it when I was about to give it a one star... ╮(￣▽￣)╭
Unfortunately, if the art doesn't appeal to me then i can't fully enjoy the story. The aesthetic part is just as important as the dialog, it gives the story a certain charm ya know
Oh yeah, I totally get it, like there has to at least be a balance you know. Has anyone read Roomates recently? I was suuuuuuuuppppppper bothered by the art, like I was okay with other stories that had that similar art but just this one story didn't work well with the art. However for this story, I think I can handle it, the plot of the story it quite intriguing that the art kinda fits in with it, although I'd prefer if the main older seme was drawn a bit......younger...... Just me? ╮(￣▽￣)╭
You're totally not alone! Haha. It was kinda unpleasant seeing a wrinkled man with a beautifully drawn young boy (￣∇￣")..... Oh and I could've sworn I heard of Roomates before and did read it somewhere but it's not anywhere in the search section?

And then there are those that have amazing art but........ an anti-climatic ending, like I've run into those stories that have crazy great art but the ending wasn't as dramatic as the climax, take What Lies at the End, amazing art, unsatisfying ending, like not gonna lie, that story totally needed a smexy scene that never happened
