I just started reading, and I'm on like, ch 7. But this is irritating af, I mean really? Was there no investigation into the murder? Didn't they question him? He was found under the table for fucks sake, unconscious and bleeding, not to mention he told his friend something so bloody weird. What kind of officers are being employed in their police department to just decide a 17 year old with no priors and any kind of fucked up behavior, killed his mother? No anger issues or anything. Also, that woman's body probs had bruises on her arms, cause he didn't spirit the knife away from her hands when she tried to murder him. That'd enough to get them to listen to his side of the story. Aarrgghhh, so incompetent!!! I bet there's idiots like this irl too. Which just makes me even more irritated.
