The more i read, the more I got curious though.. like how the heck can they feel good doing those things while being in a position that might be painful or something..

I am the opposite, it's one of the things that gets me in the mood.
Before I had started having sex though I felt kinda like this but once I started having sex that was enjoyable for me, reading yaoi just puts me in the mood to have sex in general.
It also just makes me want to put stuff up guys butts in general and dominate them haha.
