simply it's commentary on the culture of some high schools in south korea. the students know and don't want to get involved.
Clearly, you've never been to a Korean school, or heard of the situation in Korea. Korea currently has the second highest suicide rate in the world, especially teenage suicide due to stress and bullying. Legit, school district will pay you and your parents to shut up if you do get bullied and plan to take legal action on court.
and that's what i'm taling about... they treat people like sh*t... just because they have money and power and forgot that they the same being ... HUMAN
yeah, you're so right, in my country sometimes it happens, like sexual abuse by classmates, but I hope is smth rare, like when it's so shocking it gets on the news, then usually the bullies go to juvenile centers; usually when there's "normal" bullying the parents get very angry and the bullies are reprimended (in a normal functioning family)
But it's true that the other classmates are passive af. I think they are scared, usually for nothing as it's not like the bully is a mafia's son..usually
South Korea is a very harsh society. Lots of pressure, lots of sexism, lots of racism, lots of homophobes. Be thankful if you live in a western society.
