Ichirou (Aoi's butler) is an elder half-brother to Jirou. Jirou's mom was Ichirou's father.

I think "national secret" refers to Hijiri's work on alpha-omega soulbond and ways to artificially establish it. May also refer to Hajime, the omega boy, as a result of Hijiri's research
