Looking for yaoi title

Hey queens....this is a shot in the dark but im looking for a yaoi that's kind of old and I read it in the way back. But it includes a chapter where there are two (I think university students?) who live together and are sharing a futon because it's super cold (I think they're poor and can't afford adequate heating, or something like that) and they end up getting shy because they can hear their neighbors (straight) having sex. I don't remember if they end up having sex or not (im pretty sure they already have an established relationship) but I just had a memory of it and thinking it was so cute and endearing. Again this is a shot in the dark but if anyone knows what I'm talking about pls let me know......
