I was thinking the same and i actually hope that akasaka san is in love with kanda san's boss (the one with the glasses). Thus kasaka is jealous of kanda that got a job with him!

I think they both Kanda and Akasaka loved the same sensei in college. And this is the reason why they don't like eachother.
