Can't remember manga

I think i've asked this before, but i can't remember the title and i can't find it in my saved mangas.

So in one story, the uke thinks that his seme is tired of him and have sex as an exercise. The uke asks his friend what he can do to get out of the rut and the friend suggesrs spicing up his sex life from different positions, bondage, role play etc.
