It's hard to say...I think if Harada was setting us up for that she wouldn't have had Fukusuke show any remorse. Plus he probably would have actually raped Shou.
I think this is going to take the same turn as Niichan and Yoru to Asa. The unhealthy couple will stay together and find a way to balance themselves, but it won't necessarily be happy (see Niichan and the implied drug addiction at the end).

I’m fucking so upset, shou-kun’s Face expression just broke my heart. He deserves so much happiness but he’s not getting any of it. Seme dude would’ve had more chance of shou kun falling for him if he hadn’t fucked him up.
The only way this would really end up really good is seme stops being a fuck up and shou leaves him so seme can regret his decisions. If they were to end up together it would just seem like another stockholm syndrome manga
