I think this manga was marked as shonen ai or as shoujo. The protagonist is a school boy who is in love with a guy from his school. The protagonist seems to have trouble accepting the fact that he's gay, but that starts to change when he meets a woman with black hair in a ponytail. She seems to run a club/have meetings in her home with other people who don't feel like they fit in society. I remember that this story has very detailed art work, and when the protagonist realized something, the page would have some abstract drawings/symbolic elements.
