Actually, after Asami rescues Aki from Fei in Hong Kong, he does say that he regrets not meeting Aki under different circumstances, and sort of implies that he has a bit of a crush on Aki - which is exactly what the post was about - and there is no need to use such nasty language.

In another universe Fei x Aki would have been another great love story. Fei needs a sun to illuminate the darkness inside him. He always comes across as someone who never wanted to become the head of a gang. Just searching for genuine feelings from someone who will treat him like a regular person. Alas, he is just a side character in this manga. It remains unseen whether he will end up with a lover at the end but sensei has not written Asami or Akihito for him in this story. Maybe he will get his own happy ending.. preferably with Yoh and not Mikhail. if he doesn't then it's ok too. In the manga he now seems to be more matured and independent.
He says very clearly to his driver in the manga when asked Fei long says I want to be the head of the group. Asami sees the same ambition in Feilong that he knows is in himself and they decide to setup trade routes behind Fei's family back, It is all in the manga. That is what that whole bus, with Toh is about. We don't know why Feilong ans Asami feud happened it is never told in the manga why the started fighting, sensei never wrote why . When asked by Takaba Yoh could not give a reason, for all we know it could have been a bad bus, deal. They have been doing bus.( partners/rivals )with each other for years. No one knows but them why they fell out. maybe it had every thing to do with the disc and nothing to do with so called love.
