Okay so SPOILERS:
Dong Hyuk faces off Yule, and DH threatens to kill the uke in front of him. Then, DH stabs Yule with a kitchen knife, and the uke shoves off DH to cry and panic over Yule who was potentially dying from a fatal stab. DH sees that the uke truly chose Yule in the end and cries because he’s heartbroken. Yule barely makes it alive to the hospital, but he’s alive anyway. Uke breaks it off with Dong Hyuk. Many years (or months?) later, uke is still working at the convenience store but he hasn’t contacted either the crazy ass Choi family nor DH. He believes that they all deserve peace and some time away from this crazy shit. Then, at the very end, Yule shows up looking like SAD SHIT. Yule has spent the last few years repenting and he looks like he’s on the verge of crying, homeboy looked super vulnerable as if one word from the uke would officially break his heart and he’ll stay in the mental hospital for good. Uke smiles and the end.

Actually Yul stabbed himself because DH told him to either kill himself or he'll Kyungsoo cause he lived a terrible life already. Yul ends up in the hospital but lives and Kyungsoo tells him he's leaving him and then breaks with DH. Yul keeps stalking Kyungsoo and meet face to face again. the ending is confusing because it ends with them saying either goodbye/hello so we have to wait until chapter 70 is translated to English to know what they said but I'm pretty sure Kyungsoo says goodbye to Yul.
So yule is at the mental hospital?
