It's really no good to take in betas because their fertility rate is usually super low. And in this case, the mother -an Omega- makes a good case for "no more alphas": you need a bit of diversity in the bloodline. Or maybe she likes big families, idk :)

Or maybe I got so used reading where a rich alpha family would never take in an omega because they are the lowest status in the hierachy.
But I also hink there is no wrong adding a beta in the diversity lol.
For Beta, the fertility rate is low, but its not impossible. You never know ;)
I've read few of omegaverse, I realize manhwas now picked up the omegaverse.. Different authors and artist have their own different opinions, ideas, and settings towards omegaverse, but low and behold they still have some similars parts. (Like alphas, betas, omega, drugs, suppresants, heat, etc etc)
What I'm getting at with this author, how they want to seperate between domain and repressive. Which is kinda cool btw. But, the part like partnering alphas and omegas are like, basically being treated like a normal kinda thing setting. Whicn differs in many omegaverse series. Alpha, Beta and Omega have different social status and stuff.
Alpha being the superior ones.
Beta is just like any normal people.
And the Omega that has the lowest status.
I kinda didn't like the idea of Alpha to Omega, or Omega to Alpha, ONLY.
In the end, it feels unfair for the betas, and makes less sense why they even exist in tne first place if mostly alpha would just get with the omega.
It kinda feels weird for a whole family of Alpha would suggest their own blood for an Omega, the lowest status. Taking in Alphas or Betas would prob be make more sense for me.
Or maybe I'm reading too many omegaverse and I'm over-analyzing this. Though, I have no problem for the Alpha to be with the Omega.
