Why would you get a thumbs-down? It's true. I even think that, if there is one thing to absolutely appreciate about this kind of stories, it'ss how they make the lesson sink deep that we can't go through life assuming stuff without checking.
Why would I get a thumbs down? Due to some people and how they believe it is such a simple solution if they just opened up their traps. True, it would be but we all know that someone is afraid of being even more hurt even after he opens up that mouth of his. Human emotion is just a very complex machine and some people to whom I've seen with their simple solution of talking doesn't know that there still needs to be some thought behind it. This means from both parties. They are both hurting one another. Life isn't filled with simple solutions. You obviously know this, but so many don't so they'll just either thumbs down this or argue with me. Oh well.
Life is filled with misunderstandings. Life is filled with people scared of not being able to face the truth. People have a hard time communicating especially when they are afraid of hearing the truth. Mostly due to fear. I'm certain I will get a thumbs down and I can accept that and I don't care. Communication is often hard for most people so this will often lead to misunderstandings until someone finally has enough of it and settles it by having a heart-to-heart.
