I would just go to a different manga website, there are tons out there.

That's what I did for chapters that had corrupted images, but mangago doesn't have annoying ads like other sites, so it's easier to use while at work
On the starter page (?) of the manga there is a little flag button in the middle of the left side right on the edge. Press that and it will give you options to alert Mankato about problems with that particular manga.

Anyone know what to do for the site if some chapters are missing from a manga?
I was reading Jojo's Bizarre Adventures and chapters 493-499, 509-522, 527-531, 533, 536-538, and 563-576 are all missing
