Well, his boss DID say that he was a player, so I am thinking that it isn't an exclusive relationship thing that they have going on. Basically it sounds like his boss brought in the new guy because he was attracted to him.

so he's dating his boss while his boss brings in a guy whom reminds him of his first love. I don't foresee this going in boss's favor. Hell, the new guy looks like he is up for the challenge and interested in our main. What kind of interest he has at the moment is up for debate, but still interest.
