I'm looking for a manga. The Uke in the story has a lot of pressure
on him. His father is the best or only doctor in their town and he has to take on the family line. So in order to lash out, he sleeps with random older men till he meets the Seme who is his age and gives him his jacket and leaves. Turns out the Seme is the new transfer student and is only staying there for a little while. His family is a traveling performance troupe. Eventually, the two fall in love and leave both of their families behind in order to be free and become their own traveling troupe.
