I agree. They open a lot of ideas, but don’t address them. It makes things seem a little unmotivated, but it is cute af so I’ll keep reading. Perhaps with practice, they will be clearer.

Yeah it feels like a story was already going on behind the scenes and the MC accidentally joined in by confessing at the wrong time. So every other character is acting according to their own motivations but we the readers have no idea what motivates them.
