Eventually this misunderstanding will be cleared up, but if I were the Seme I'd be having second thoughts. Like this dude really thought you were married with kids and betrayed his best friend who happens to be your sister? I think it'd be funny if the seme was like "wtf is wrong with you" and ends up dumping him altogether.
