Kang jinha didn't really do anything. Siwon just couldn't handle the situation he is in and so he's taking it out on Kang. How I understand it, Siwon is saying that he's life wouldn't have been this way if he hadn't dated or met Kang again. Honestly, I don't even think siwon ever like Kang, at this point.
That stabbing dream must have been a shock for him, but I don't think his feelings for Kang Jinha ever actually developed. He was just going with the flow. Maybe he read the shock at his childhood bestfriend dyimg as "I love him"
