I do agree with you however I do think Kanggo can be quite self righteous and dislikes when people lie. For him he just can't understand why they need to lie about these things. I guess it shows he can be quite ignorant of people's feelings because sometimes people do have reasons for not being honest.
While it's really freaking adorable kanggo is so nosy and overprotective of oh kamin and doesn't even realize how smitten he is with him no one likes to be called out over things they never shared, especially someone with many hidden feelings like oh kamin. On the other hand maybe he's wanting to tell oh kamin his ability and he is testing if oh kamin would accept him the way he is
