Looking for manga

I’m searching for this manga. There’s an office worker (seme) and he coincidentally meets his kouhai from the baseball club that he used to be in his high school days. The kouhai (uke) seemed to like the seme ever since high school and he volunteers to tutor the seme’s little sister. I know there’s a sequel to it but I can’t remember it..... ┗( T﹏T )┛
